“Juliana has been a great instructor on multiple levels. I first started taking her barre class several years ago to gain balance and flexibility. I really wasn't sure what barre entailed, but it really worked. Juliana is very experienced and takes a hands-on approach. Her attitude and demeanor is calm and caring. She doesn't just want to get through the class, she really wants to help people and improve their overall health. After a recent accident that required neck surgery, I started physical therapy and was honestly not seeing much progress. During this time, I couldn’t do anything physical. I contacted Juliana to see if she could help me get back to where I was before the accident. I started working with her twice a week, primarily doing mat work. I immediately felt like I was making progress. During our sessions, she kept my injuries and limitations in mind and would balance out my tolerance with specific exercises - if it hurt, we went another direction. I really owe a lot to Juliana.
